A few terms get read loosely when a community works with local spaces, so it is worth naming the limits before anyone proposes a collaboration. These apply to every café, cultural center, and community room listed as a partner.
A partner is not a sponsor and does not gain a featured position. Nothing on this page is a listing, an advertising position, or a promoted position.
We do not track clicks to a venue, share revenue, or route people through a referral code. There is no commercial exchange behind a collaboration.
Working with one café does not lock out another nearby. Partners are not exclusive, and the same kind of gathering can happen in more than one space.
Partners do not receive names, contact details, or interest profiles. Anything shared inside the community stays with the community.
A partnership does not promise a headcount. Some nights draw a full table, others draw three people, and neither outcome is a broken agreement.
We do not forecast sales, minimum consumption, or foot traffic for a partner. The space decides its own terms for the room.
Each proposal is read by hand before anything is confirmed. If a space does not fit the way gatherings are run here, we say so rather than list it anyway.
